Why Are the Strongest Leaders of Tahitian Noni Leaving the Company?
Since early this year, the volume of the group (and generally TNI) began to decline alarmingly. Of about 1 Million dollars per month to less than $ 400000/month in the last three months. My analysis.
1. It all began in 2006 when the company announced its intention to go to the stock market. To show more profits and better able traded, the owners decided to change the compensation plan. 2. The owners decided to introduce HIRO beverages, good products but too expensive. The problem, however, was that we sold the idea to introduce the product to retail stores, competing against established brands and much cheaper than HIRO; many people with great potential lost money to buy boxes and even “pallets” complete product. Diamond potential left many injured and left the business, but the most disastrous was that all of us and distracted us out of focus. Volumes continued to fall.
3. Earlier this year, TNI decided to discontinue the tools of testimony from health and success (newspapers, pamphlets and books – 101 ways, far-how often and for what, etc.). I have great gratitude to the Tahitian Noni Juice, but the decision I had to answer with all honesty some very difficult questions:
• Can I honestly say that even success can be achieved in the TNI?
• Why does the company no longer publishes its annual sales statistics, as he did before? How much we sold in 2007?
• Why today is so difficult to recruit good leaders TNI?
• Why do so many American leaders and other groups are leaving the company?
• Who do I owe my loyalty? At my family or a company that has committed serious mistakes?
The day on October 22, after analyzing the data and information in my power and with the conviction that my leaders deserve a real chance of winning the industry’s Marketing Network, I decided to get out of TNI. I invited a few leaders of my organization to join a company with an extraordinary potential, and I decided to get away from what I call the “War of the superjuices.”
Conclusion:
Not like you’re not because these are in TNI. For my part, my principles do not allow me to stop in front of people in an auditorium or in a teleconference and knowingly lie, say that we have a great opportunity, when in fact that’s not true. Get out of TNI was not an easy decision, but I know I did the right thing. I will continue taking the juice and what I will recommend even if I do not pay. But regarding the business, I can not even talk. The opportunity to TNI no longer exists.

WOW, the premier TNI leader for Mexico? This is not good for Tahitian Noni. It appears that there is a MASS EXODUS and there’s nothing they can do to stop it. I agree about there pay plan changing, as I have followed them throughout the years, and it has changed for the worse, mostly to entertain the investors/stock holders.
It would be interesting to see what Robert Dean Jr.’s plans are, I know he was in ACN a while back, but have since improved tenfold and are a leader in the marketplace for telecom. Unless he goes to LightYear Alliance to save face.
Same thing for Ken Rolfsness. His Show Me the Money system is flopping big time, hence the cancellation of tours. But you won’t hear these guys talking about it at all. I’m sure they are all wondering in their heads “what do I do next to protect my family, just in case?”
LOL at the “superjuices” comment. I agree that there are too many wonder juices on the market, each stating that theirs is better than the others, it’s all just a marketing ploy for the most fantastic, exotic fruit juice to bring into this saturated market.

Of course there’s a financial “arrangement” with Robert Dean’s group…It’s like that with every major company. When someone huge is wooed by a company, you bet they are being put at the top of the company!
But I don’t blame Robert Dean at all. He is a smart business man, and there is NO SUCH THING as loyalty when it comes to you and your family’s success…I’ve always said it’s about your team and the system you have…
If you have a good team AND system, no matter where you go, you will be successful. Let’s face it, while the products are great and all, we are really in it for the money…
I just can’t wait to be a part of the great humanitarian movement that is about to occur. In the very short time I have had to learn about this company I beleive that the Mona Vie company understands the needs of all those who hold interest to benefit from their success. America needs the health and wellness industry and all of those who stand to benefit from it. There is enough health and wealth to be spread around so I don’t see what the problem is! There is more than one wonderful God sent company out there…and besides this industry is a 400 billion dollar a year industry. The right thing to do would be to be objective and not pass judgement on the wrong people. From what I understand TOPGUN”S mission statement includes at least 499 other millionares being created besides Robert Dean Jr. and I think overall considering everything we know so far we would have to assume the most important factors have already been considered in the strongest TOPGUN Leaders decision. Product, Potential for advancement of it’s paticipants, and of course COMPENSATION! (I would Hope) The important is that we all remember why we are doing this and do what is best for you!
The health and wellness industry is well on it’s way to be a trillion dollar annual industry by next yea 2010 predicted by economists. America needs to be healthy, wealthy, and wise. I will admit it was really hard emotionally for me at first because face it people, We all know that TNI has a wonderful line of products and that’s just like saying we didn’t beleive in what we were doing.
Everybody makes mistakes and I don’t think TAHITIAN NONI INTERNATIONAL is exempt.

That’s why you have to pray in all things and situations. Pray when the volume is up and when the volume is down. Just because the volume may be down and you’re getting all the results you want at this time as far as making the company public; this means you need to pray and keep on working. Everything happens in God’s own time and not before. You don’t jump ship when you see the ship sinking a little bit.

I’m a big fan of Robert Dean. I think he is one of the best business
building trainers in the network marketing industry. I have never been
apart of any of his organizations. And, sometimes I even listen in on his training calls because he has a very unique persepctive on different
aspects of business building that are applicable to any network marketing company. One of of his recent training calls on the “Star Factory” was very insightful and really enlarged my vision in terms of how I view my business. Just this one training was so transformational in terms of how it crystalized my vision, it’s like going from barely being able to see to having lasik surgery and now having perfect 20/20 vision. I’m with a non-competing company in a totally unrelated industry. Big Ups to Robert Dean. I think Robert Dean

If you have a goal to be financially independent, it doesn’t matter how you get there as long as it doesn’t break the law. The problem with some distributors is that they feel it can only happen in one company and if the company has issues they quit. Your goals have to be compelling enough to keep going. It doesn’t matter what happens, therefore your loyalty should be with your family. Whatever company your in, its just a piece of the overall puzzle for financial freedom, PERIOD.
Well, it looks like TNI has come out with another pay plan, something called n3. Just more junk to fill in all the noniheads with.
